I have been looking a etsy for digital paper and I came across a shop called Sunshinelemons and she has some really cute papers. I found a paper pattern set called Babushka Dolls (Russian for Grandma I believe) and since I have a set of Russian Dolls I though I could use these. I have also used a card demesion that I’ve never used, the reason I chose this shape was becuase one of the papers has the dolls in big to small sizes and it just lead to this design.
Although this has a bit of fussy cutting the shapes were fairly simple to cut out, a Brother Scan’n’Cut would be faster and more accurate but alas I dont have one so the hand cut method will have to do. I have done a lovely little video for you and the demension are written below the video.
A white card base that measures 8 1/4 x 4
1st mat 8 x 3 3/4 Babushka Dolls digital paper
2nd mat 7 1/2 x 3 1/2 of co ordinating card stock (I used melon mambo from stampin Up)
Fussy cut babushka dolls from the pattern paper.
