Today’s project is another card, but a Christmas one and very easy to do. I have chosen very traditional colours of Poppy Parade and Call Me Clover which I think I my new Christmas colours, they look fab together. I have used the ink pads to make a little bit of watercolour, just by pressing the corner of the ink pad onto one of our clear blocks. You can either use a paint brush and some water or an aqua painter as I have. When using the aqua paint just squish the barrel until the water flows and have a paper towalhandy as you don’t want too much water.
Remember that the colour will only flow where you have wet it so make sure that you have put down water where you want it.
I have also made sure that I did not fuss to much with the colour once down as I wanted to let the colour flow on its own. As green and red are opposite on the colour wheel if you mix the colour too much you will get a very muddy brown colour, a bit is ok but try to avoid it if possible.
