Animal Outing faux layer card

Welcome to the New Year and the new Catalogue (drop me an email at and I’ll send a copy) and the time of year that I seem to send more thank you card than any other time of the year. I’m using the Animal Outing stamp set that I think is from the children babies stamp section in the annual catalogue, however, I have made this into a thank-you card.
I have used several of our colours but feel free to change things up, I nearly went with a blue rather the Poppy Parade and both would look fab.
The faux layer comes into play masking of the image which we had to do in order to create dimension and then using one of our background stamps to get the background without adding layers. I was hoping that the background to go right up to the images but I instead got a bit of a gap and I think it looks great.

layer whisper white 5 3/8′ by 3 7/8′
I used alcohol markers for this Spectrum noir TN2, 4, 5 and 8 and BG3 Copic, YR14 (Caramel), YR16 (Apricot) and R14 (light rouge). Promarker Cocoa, Henna and Cool Grey 4 and brush marker champagne.
